LensPlay: Smart Camera(包名:com.dcz.patterncamera,以下简称"本应用")由 dcz 团队开发。本应用的照片、视频、音频、摄像头画面、文字识别和翻译均在设备本地处理,不会将这些内容上传到我们的服务器或第三方服务器。水印相机在您主动授权位置后会通过 Android 地理编码能力生成地址，具体见第 3 节。本应用没有账号注册或登录系统，也不启用应用数据云备份。

当您在水印相机中授权位置后，本应用会读取设备提供的粗略或精确位置，并调用 Android `Geocoder` 将坐标转换为地址文字。地理编码请求可能由设备制造商或系统配置的地理编码服务处理，具体取决于您的设备。本应用不会将位置用于广告、分析或用户画像，不保存位置历史，也不会调用第三方天气 API。您可以拒绝位置权限并继续使用仅含时间的水印。

本应用集成了 Google AdMob(Google Mobile Ads SDK)用于展示广告。AdMob 可能会收集广告标识符(Advertising ID)、设备信息等数据,并与 Google 共享,用于广告投放、频次控制及效果衡量。您可以在设备的系统设置中重置或删除广告标识符,或调整个性化广告偏好。详见 Google 的广告技术隐私政策和 Google 隐私权政策。

在适用地区，本应用使用 Google User Messaging Platform 展示同意或选择界面。您可以拒绝适用的数据处理，也可以通过应用内“关于与隐私”中的广告隐私选项重新管理选择。

1. Overview

LensPlay: Smart Camera (package: com.dcz.patterncamera, "the App") is developed by the dcz team. Photos, videos, audio, camera feeds, text recognition, and translation are processed on your device. We do not upload this content to our servers or third-party servers. If you grant location access in Watermark Camera, Android geocoding is used to generate an address as described in Section 3. The App has no account registration or login system and does not enable cloud backup of app data.

2. Permissions We Request

Permission	Purpose
Camera	Used for photo/video capture and on-device pose/gesture recognition features. All processing happens locally; nothing is uploaded or stored on any server.
Record Audio	Used to capture audio when recording video, processed locally only.
Approximate / Precise Location (optional)	Used only after you grant access in Watermark Camera to generate an address watermark. Denying access does not affect time watermarks or other core features.
Storage (Android 9 and below)	Used to save captured photos/videos to your device's gallery.
Vibrate	Used for interaction feedback.

3. Location and Address Services

After you grant location access in Watermark Camera, the App reads the approximate or precise location supplied by your device and calls Android `Geocoder` to convert coordinates into address text. A geocoding provider configured by your device manufacturer or operating system may process this request. The App does not use location for advertising, analytics, or profiling, does not retain location history, and does not call a third-party weather API. You can deny location access and continue using time-only watermarks.

4. Advertising and Your Choices

The App integrates Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display ads. AdMob may collect the Advertising ID and device information, and share it with Google for ad delivery, frequency capping, and measurement. You can reset/delete your Advertising ID or adjust personalized ad preferences in your device settings. See Google's Ads Technology Privacy Policy and Privacy Policy for details.

Where required, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform to present consent or choice controls. You may reject applicable processing and can revisit your choices through the ad privacy options under “About & Privacy” in the App.

5. What We Don't Do

We do not upload your photos, videos, audio, camera feed, or recognized content to any server.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We do not require account registration or identity information.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Data Security and Retention

Camera and microphone content remains on your device and is protected by the operating system's permission and storage security mechanisms. Location is processed only when you grant access and use address watermarks, and the App does not retain location history. Android cloud backup is disabled for private app data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via app store release notes or in-app notice.
